Open up Linkedin and go to the candidate profile. There, you will find the “More” button. Click on it and select “Save to PDF.” This will initiate the download of the PDF file to your computer.
This PDF will serve as the source from which our parser extracts data to create a Sprint CV consultant profile.
Add a new consultant profile on Sprint CV
Now that you have the LinkedIn profile in PDF format, you need to create a “New Consultant” profile on your Enterprise CV Manager homepage. After clicking on “New Consultant”, a window will appear where you need to enter the consultant’s name, surname, select a profile language, and choose whether to generate a CV immediately and use the AI Review. We recommend leaving these two options unchecked and reviewing the profile manually before using AI or generating a CV, as the parser may occasionally make mistakes. After entering the information, click on “Import Existing CV” and select the PDF file you just downloaded.

Review the profile with our AI Assistant (Optional)
This optional step ensures that you can refine the parsed information with the help of our AI Assistant. To do so, click on “Edit Profile” and, afterwards, enter the edit mode of a specific CV section by clicking on the the pencil icons next to it. For example, if you want to write a CV summary for your consultant, you can press the pencil icon next to CV Summary, and in the new window, you can click the “AI Assistant” button for assistance.


You can make any changes in any single section. This is handy if the information is poorly displayed on the original CV, if it has grammar mistakes, or if certain sections are entirely missing. Anytime you make a change in edit mode, don’t forget to click “Save.”

Once you’re in the CV Generator window, you can select the template category, the output format, and the consultant profile the CV will be based on (since multiple profiles in different languages can be created for the same candidate).
You can quickly find your branded template by entering its name in the search bar. For example, let’s use the XYZ template as an example of a company branded CV template. Once you’ve sent us your template, it will be listed there, ready for use.

When the CV Generator displays the template, you select it (its selection will be indicated by the green icon), and then press “Generate.” Sometimes a new window will appear where you can make further refinements, but otherwise, just press “Generate” again.
And you’re done! Your CV will be automatically downloaded through your browser.
