3. Training Hours Tracking
Training is a key part of professional development, and now it’s easier to keep track. With our new Training Hours Tracking, you can:

4.Updated Manager Dropdowns
We’ve simplified the process of managing teams by improving how managers are displayed in dropdown menus. Instead of just partial names or identifiers, you’ll now see each manager’s full name (first and last). This enhancement ensures:
- Faster and more accurate manager selection.
- Better clarity in multi-manager organizations.
5. Language Display Update
Communicating language skills effectively is crucial, especially in international environments. Language proficiencies now follow the Europass classification framework. For example:
- Professional working (B2)
- Fluent (C1)
This standardized format ensures:
- Easier comparison of language skills across consultants.
- Greater clarity for clients reviewing consultant profiles.
6. Private Company Sign-Up Area
We’re making it even easier to onboard consultants! When a consultant signs up through your private company sign-up area, they are now automatically linked to your company by default.
This eliminates the need for manual linking, reducing administrative work and ensuring:
- Faster onboarding.
- A seamless consultant-company connection process.
Sprint CV Update Bug Fixes
In addition to the new features, we’ve made several important updates to enhance Sprint CV’s stability and performance with this update:
- Upgraded to Ruby 7: The latest version ensures enhanced security, stability, and faster platform performance.
- Gender display issue resolved: Fixed a bug where manager gender wasn’t displayed correctly in personal details.
- Session log updates: Logs now refresh daily for greater accuracy in tracking platform activity.
- Network_days_non_overlap fix: Corrected errors in these calculations for improved scheduling.
- Job title enhancements: Profiles with multiple titles now display all roles accurately, ensuring no data is overlooked.
